That said, *clears throat and lets loose a sky-shaking battle cry* Ah, better. So, what's been getting on my nerves lately is the fact I just don't get time to myself to draw. That's all I wanna do, draw on the computer (because, as I've realized today, my traditional skills currently suck big time). But there's no privacy in my new place. Lemme explain, I live in a lodge on the edge of a lake, which is amazing in the summer, with my dad and mum. This is until mine and mum's lodge is built (across the lake), so this one, built for ONE person, is a little cramped. I have quite a few commissions to finish, but the only time I get to work on them is when mum and dad have gone to bed... and I never go to bed until after 1, NEVER, lol (at least I get lay-ins, the beauty of being jobless). I just can't draw in front of people either, I'm really pathetic but when I start drawing I get paranoid they're watching me. It's so frustrating because recently they've been in the house alot in the day, whereas before I moved I usually had the daytime and late nights to draw (I worked evenings). Agh, pretty stupid, but a problem to me, nonetheless.

What a dead wasteland, heh. The lake looks so much better in summer with trees that look alive... and hiding the quarry from view. But the snow added a nice white beauty - that I didn't quite catch here - to the beach and fields.

News - in the field on the side of the dirt track, that leads down to the lake, live a fair few horses. Their owner was a woman who had rescued them, she came down every day and night for them. Yesterday we heard she had died in her sleep. Just like that. She was 34 I think, and it was a brain seizure. That's just wrong, don't you think? How out-of-the-blue. For now, my dad's friend is looking after the horses until someone decides what to do with them. It's such a shame...

Now for songs:
Random picks of my library that I love.
As the World Falls Down by David Bowie (from The Labyrinth)
Shattered Dreams by Johnny Hates Jazz(it's an 80s song, yay for oldies)
Invinsible by Pat Benatar (another 80s)
Tarzan Boy by Baltimora (from the 3rd TMNT movie :))
Are You Ready For This? by Jock Jams

Current Music: Photoplay - Tryanglz

Awww, sorry things are sucky right now, chucks. But it must be nice to live by a lake.
And it is a shame about that lady, life is a strange thing.

I LOVE that Bowie song, SO much.

Whoops, this is a bit of a late reply, sorry.
Anyway, you're right, life is strange.

Yes, Davie Bowie's song rocks :)

Do you mind if I friend you?

I know what it feels to be observed. I can't write (be it fanfiction, original fiction, my thesis or anything at work) if there's people with me in the room. I know it paranoid of me but, bleh, I can't help it.

I love your drawings, really love them. Used to watch X-Men Evo when it aired here (not anymore, unfortunatelly). Do you know the 'formal' name of the tablet where you draw? I've been trying to get one, but hobody has heard of them here ...

Good luck with the job hunt, too.

No not at all, I'd like to return the watch, as well.

I'm glad to know someone else feels the way I do, it's very frustrating, isn't it?

It still airs now and then here in the UK, but unfortunately I don't have the channel anymore, but I do have half the series downloaded and the other half on DVD, perhaps you can buy them if you wish.

Sure do know the name, I have a Wacom Intuos 3 A4 tablet. I bought it online, here's the link: http://www.wacom-europe.com/int/products/intuos/tablets.asp?lang=en&pdx=36

Thanks for the link =). I have to start buying online, really. Those DVDs, for example? There's no other way for me to find them.

About X-Men Evolution, I liked it very much, but still didn't enjoy what they did with my old favorite, Gambit.

Thanks again.
